This is now the second time I've gotten the same error. It is a simple nil object exception when closing the chat dialog, much in the same way of what used to happen when closing the colonies window. The error occurs immediately after clicking the close button.

I tracked it down to some issues in RealBasic and its documentation, and I now understand what is happening and have the issue fixed. Please ignore it until the next release. It it is back then, let me know. Thanks for the report though. More information never hurts.
The bug is already listed on the downloads under known issues, and already crossed off my list on the dev site.
