Among other things, I have gotten our script based GUI working. There is a lot more to be done, but the framework is done and working.

I also have been trying to squeeze the zooming bugs out of the 3D view, but they seem to prefer spreading and moving to coming out. Some stuff fixed, more stuff broken. That's how it goes…

And it looks really cool :)
I like how the HUD operates, and the fact that you can replicate the HUD several times, zoom-out, and see a bunch of HUD replicates lying around the galaxy :)
I'm keeping this client-version for historical-reference, Craig :)

And I haven't noticed the zooming-bug that you're referring to. It seemed to have disappeared when you lowered the number of stars in the galaxy.

I fixed the HUD cloning bug. There are still some zooming bugs. The star positioning gets busted after using the galaxy view button from the system view, and trying to fix that, I found some star scaling issues, and fixing those broke the LOD and star scaling in some other ways…
